I've just read a book named Healthy Cities: Improving Urban Life. The author of the book is Jennifer Nault. I didn't particularly like this book but I have to say I liked the title. It did give lots of information but it was not my kind of book. Report written by Run
I've just read an environmental book called How Big is your Energy Footprint? How Big is your Energy Footprint? by an author named Mason. My book was mostly about energy. There were so many interesting facts in this book. There was a graph about how much energy has been used in the years 1000, 1900, 2008 and a prediction for 2050. It is really interesting. Do you know that nuclear power stations use water for cooling so they're often near the sea or laked. I guess you didn't know that until now! I like this book because there were so many interesting and little pieces of information. After I read this book I started thinking about energy and more about clean energy sources, really!
In conclusion, other kids should read this book to not forget the problems making energy can have on the environment.

Factories waste goes into water through rivers, then lakes and the sea. Because of that so many fish living in the waters die. Not only do fish die but all the animals who drink that water die too. Humans die too, some humans end up drinking water that comes from the lakes and rivers and they are poisoned. they can die or suffer great sicknesses. Factories should not pollute the waters. When toxic chemicals get into the water, gets on land or gets into the air, it can harm the earth. Toxic chemical spills can kill plants, animals and even humans. We need to take precautions for every human's future. Written by DO
